Jermain Defoe is struggling with a hamstring injury and is doubtful for Tottenham's FA Cup quarter-final against Fulham.
The striker has been struggling with the problem for the last couple of weeks but still started for England on Wednesday night as they defeated Egypt 3-1 at Wembley.
Spurs boss Harry Redknapp now has a dilemma over whether to play him at Craven Cottage as the player could be looking at weeks on the sidelines if he suffers serious damage.
"He had it before the England game on Wednesday then felt it afterwards," Redknapp revealed.
Spurs are already without Ledley King, Aaron Lennon, David Bentley, Tom Huddlestone and Jermaine Jenas and Redknapp could leave Defoe out as well.
