Rovers to visit Villa

Tranmere have been handed an away tie against Aston Villa in the second round of the Capital One Cup.

League One Rovers needed extra time to see off Chesterfield in the first round and have been rewarded with a trip to Premier League side Villa, who crashed out at home to Bolton in the third round last season.
Ties are to be played the week commencing August 27.
