Kacaniklic hails Hornets

Former Watford winger Alex Kacaniklic has thanked the club for helping his development during his loan spell at Vicarage Road.
The Fulham winger arrived at the club at the end of January having never played a senior game, yet made 12 appearances in his stay, scoring once. His performances convinced Cottagers manager Martin Jol to recall him and he was handed his Premier League debut, as a substitute, in the victory over Norwich. "Ray [Lewington] said to me before I came to Watford that it was a great club for a young player to go to - and he was right. I didn't realise just how good though," the Swede told the Hornets' official website. "The lads always give everything in training and games - and they always want more from each other, which I think is something special to have in a squad. "I'm really very grateful to everyone at the club for having me."
