Loan boost for Hornets

Watford have extended the loan of Manchester United midfielder Tom Cleverley until the end of the season.

The Red Devils youngster has been a big success during his spell with the Hornets sc far and has weighed in with six goals in 14 appearances.

Cleverley told the club's website: "I'm happy to be here at Watford, it's been going really well so we decided to extend my loan period and for me to fight the cause for Watford until the end of the season.

"The manager, the lads and the club made my decision to stay here. It's a really good club to be at."
