No place like home for Cowie
Watford, 15:21, March 8, 2010 ,
Watford midfielder Don Cowie is hopeful the Hornets can pick up points at Vicarage Road, with Swansea the visitors on Tuesday night.
Watford were beaten 2-0 by Derby County at Pride Park on Saturday to extend their win-less run on their travels.
The Hornets haven't won a league fixture away from home since October but with home ties against Swansea and Peterborough coming up Cowie is optimistic his side can pick up some vital points.
He said: "The way things are in the league right now it's important to take three points from every game, home or away, but ultimately we've been better at home over the last couple of months,
"That's where we have picked up the majority of our points, so hopefully with the fans behind us we can get back to winning ways against Swansea and Peterborough."
Watford face Swansea on Tuesday, while Peterborough make the trip to Vicarage Road on Saturday.
