African hitman chase hots up
West Bromwich Albion,
Dynamo Kiev have emerged as West Brom's rivals for the signature of Anderlecht striker Dieumerci Mbokani.
The Ukrainian giants are ready to rival the Baggies in the summer bidding war for the DR Congo international, 27, but reports in Belgium claim he would prefer a switch to the Premier League.
Mbokani is being targeted by Albion as a replacememt for on-loan Chelsea frontman Romelu Lukaku, although they are not identical in terms of their games.
West Brom are set to watch the ex-Standard Liege striker again in tonight's Belgian title play-off match against Lokeren as they prepare a summer swoop.
Mbokani has scored 33 goals in 49 league starts since his £2.5million move from Monaco.
