Albion goal threat more potent than ever
West Bromwich Albion, 12:15, November 17, 2009 ,
Roman Bednar believes the team's ability to score goals from all departments is key in the Baggies quest for a return to the top flight
After struggling to find the net all last season, Albion have had 15 different scorers already this term, and Bednar believes the team poses a threat from all over the field.
The last time the Baggies were in the Championship Bednar struck 13 times- and has three goals to his name this term, despite missing the early part of the season, although he insists he is happy whoever is finding the back of the net.
Bednar told the club's website:"The way we play means the striker's won't always be the ones that score
"But I think everyone is happy if we're winning even if the strikers don't score.
"Chances have been coming for the strikers, it's just that sometimes you do everything right but you can't finish.
"Now everyone is scoring and hopefully it will continue"
