Billy Jones has urged his West Brom team-mates to all be 'bang at it' against Arsenal this weekend following the defeat to Liverpool.

The summer signing from Preston was disappointed with the overall team performance in the 2-0 defeat against Kenny Dalglish's Reds at the Hawthorns on Saturday evening which followed on from successive derby-day wins against Wolves and Aston Villa respectively.
And, Jones is calling on Roy Hodgson's men to re-group and go to the Emirates Stadium all pulling in the same direction to try and emulate last season's shock 3-2 win in north London.
He told the Express & Star: "That is what has got us success with the wins over Wolves and Villa. We had 11 players 'bang at it' and buying into the game-plan and that got us the results.
"To beat Liverpool, you've got to have 11 players playing well. I think we started poorly with but we will learn from the Liverpool game, I am sure, because it is obviously a massive test away to Arsenal."
