El Ghanassy included in Albion tour

New signing Yassine El Ghanassy has been included in West Brom boss Steve Clarke's 25-man squad for the two-game tour of Scandinavia.

The Belgium winger joined the Baggies five days ago on a season-long loan from AA Gent, and will be keen to make an impression. Midfielder Zoltan Gera, who made only three appearances last season before missing the final six months with a knee injury, also has a place, along with striker Peter Odemwingie despite rumours of a bust-up with Clarke. Odemwingie has also been tentatively linked with a move away from the Hawthorns to Qatari club Al-Gharrafa. Albion, who have flown out to their training camp in Sweden, face Malmo at the Swedbank Stadion on Thursday before facing Danish side FC Copenhagen at the Parken Stadium next Wednesday.
