Ben Foster has hailed his side's defensive efforts following their fourth clean sheet in five Barclays Premier League games.
The Baggies drew 0-0 against Aston Villa at the Hawthorns to stay 10th in the table while their West Midlands rivals failed to move further clear of the bottom three. "I'm very happy with the clean sheet," Foster told the Birmingham Mail. "It's a far cry from the beginning of the season when we couldn't keep a clean sheet for love nor money, especially at home. "We were very good away from home and pretty bad at home so we've managed to turn that around. "It was a good game, a typical derby, end to end. Teams were hitting each other on the break and keepers were making saves at either end. It was good to watch, I enjoyed playing in it. As far as 0-0s go, that's as good as you will get."
