Midfielder tells fan that Reds return is on
West Bromwich Albion,
Albion midfielder Youssouf Mulumbu is hopeful of being fit for the Baggies' Premier League clash with Liverpool at Anfield on Monday.
Mulumbu was not ready to face Tottenham at the weekend because of a slight knee injury he picked up on Africa Cup of Nations duty with DR Congo.
But the ex-Paris St Germain player told a fan on Twitter, who had asked if he would available to face the Reds, that "it should be good".
Mulumbu has been training with striker Peter Odemwingie while the rest of the squad enjoy a mini-break after their recent heavy schedule.
The 26-year-old midfielder made 18 starts for Steve Clarke's side before jetting off to South Africa for the tournament, but his country were knocked out at the group stage.
