Myhill may go in Blues 'swap'

West Bromwich Albion, 12:39, July 29, 2011

West Brom have reportedly offered Boaz Myhill to Birmingham City as part of the deal to lure Ben Foster to the Hawthorns.

The Welsh international was understudy to Scott Carson, who has now joined Bursaspor, last season and with the Baggies looking to bring in a new number one, his first-team chances will be limited.
Myhill's career may be best served by a move to the Championship side on loan as they would be on the lookout for another keeper while Foster spends next season on loan.
If Birmingham, who would prefer a loan deal for the 28-year-old, were to make Myhill's move permanent, it is thought they would need to pay a fee in the region of £1 million.
