Redknapp rejects Mulumbu interest

Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has dismissed speculation he has made a move for West Brom's Youssouf Mulumbu.

Mulumbu has indicated he is ready to move on and seek a new challenge, despite the fact he still has three-years of his current contract with Albion remaining. The midfielder's agent had claimed Mulumbu had already began discussions with Premier League rivals Spurs and Newcastle but Redknapp insists he has not made an approach for the 25-year-old and played down the speculation linking him with the Baggies star. "No, I don't know where that's come from," Redknapp told Sky Sports News. "He's a good player for sure, but he's not a player we've spoken about."
