Barca star wanted

West Ham are one of a number of clubs interested in signing Barcelona starlet Gerard Deulofeu who is a wanted man.

The 19-year-old winger currently plays for Barcelona's B side but is wanting first team football at a higher level and, with contract talks set to begin with the Catalan giants, he is in a strong bargaining position.
Barca are thought to be happy with the prospect of a loan deal for the Spanish under 19 star who appeared twice for the first team under Pep Guardiola during the last campaign.
Liverpool and QPR are also said to be keen but the player himself is thought to be keen to stay in Spain and is using the contract talks to get a better deal from Barca.
Sam Allardyce is looking to build a strong squad but his chances of landing Deulofeu look slim.
