Midfielder Gary O'Neil has declared himself fit to face Queens Park Rangers on Monday night.
The former Portsmouth star says he has recovered from the knee injury he sustained during Tuesday's Capital One Cup home defeat to Wigan.
Hammers boss Sam Allardyce is likely to make wholesale changes from the XI that were beaten 4-1 by the Latics, although Modibo Maiga could keep his place after scoring on his second consecutive start.
On-loan Liverpool striker Andy Carroll (hamstring) is unlikely to play and Jack Collison (knee) is unavailable, but Yossi Benayoun could make his first start since moving back to the Hammers on loan.
