West Ham midfielder Julien Faubert has issued a come and get me plea to Paris St Germain and Lyon, saying he wants to return to France.
The 25-year-old has been shunted around the Hammers line-up this season and has now lost his place altogether after boss Gianfranco Zola was able to name a settled side.
The former Bordeaux star now hopes to re-ignite his international career by returning to Ligue 1 where he is targeting a move to one of the two clubs with the biggest financial backing.
Faubert told L'Equipe: "I need to play, I'm 25. Even if I'm very good here, I don't rule out the possibility of coming back to France.
"Clubs such as Lyon or PSG are very attractive. We will see in January."
Zola has previously stated he does not need to sell players in the January transfer window, but may prefer to move an unhappy player on.
