Hungarian starlet signs

West Ham United, 16:57, June 3, 2009 ,

West Ham have confirmed the capture of Hungary Under-21 goalkeeper Peter Kurucz on a four-year deal for an undisclosed fee.

The 21-year-old has been on loan at Upton Park from Upjest since February and impressed boss Gianfranco Zola during his time at the club so has been offered a four-year-deal.
He will now battle it out with the likes of Marek Stech, Adam Street and Deniz Mehmet to become Robert Green's understudy next season.
Kurucz was named as a substitute for the first time in the senior squad at Everton last month after a series of impressive displays for the reserves.
