Lansbury looks to impress

Henri Lansbury hopes he has convinced West Ham manager Sam Allardyce that he is worthy of his place in his first XI.
The on-loan Arsenal midfielder returned to the Hammers' starting line-up for the 6-0 demolition of Brighton last weekend and also featured in the midweek 1-1 draw at Bristol City.
With two games remaining of the regular season, and West Ham looking to gain momentum, Lansbury is keen to be involved.
He told the club's official website: "To get back into the team I have had to just keep training hard and looking after myself and keep fit and then take my chance.
"It's the gaffer's choice who plays and all I can do is train and play well and make myself available for selection.
"Hopefully I can continue to show what I can do."
