Tigers close in on Luis
West Ham United, 09:36, January 8, 2009 ,
West Ham are reported to have accepted a bid of £2m from Hull City for the services of Portuguese star Luis Boa Morte.
Hull boss Phil Brown is looking to add to his squad whereas Gianfranco Zola is busy offloading players who are not first team regulars in the hope that he can generate enough money on order to keep his big stars.
The 31-year-old has featured 18 times this season and has enjoyed something of a renaissance under Zola but he is also thought to be one of the club's highest earners which is probably why his sale has been sanctioned.
Boa Morte's move will come on the back of the exits of both Matthew Etherington and Calum Davenport, whilst Lee Bowyer is in talks with Birmingham about a switch to St Andrews.
