Tomkins swoop mooted

Liverpool are considering a move for West Ham defender James Tomkins after watching his progress closely over the last few years.
The highly-rated 20-year-old was picked up by the Hammers youth academy after being spotted playing for his local Sunday League side.
He made his debut two years ago in the club's 1-1 draw with Everton and despite making a mistake in that game that led to Yakubu scoring a goal, he still went on to become the Young Hammer of Year in the same season.
The 6ft 3in central defender went out to Derby on loan last season but since been recalled he has earned a regular place in the West Ham first team and earned a long-term contract extension.
