Bruce wants JJB win
Wigan Athletic, 11:07, November 28, 2008 ,
Wigan defender Emmerson Boyce is back from suspension for the clash with WBA and captain Mario Melchiot is available after injury.
Melchiot has shaken off a calf strain for the JJB clash with the rock-bottom Baggies while Boyce has served the ban he picked up for his harsh red card at Newcastle.
But Latics boss Stave Bruce is still without striker Amr Zaki because of calf and hamstring trouble while Oliver Kapo has undergone surgery on his broken nose.
Bruce has urged his side to back up Monday's home win over Everton when Tony Mowbray brings his side to town.
He told the Evening Post: "If we can win this one, I think we'll have made a decent fist of things with 19 points from 15 games. That's not a bad return. But we've got to go out there and do it, not just talk about it."
