Chelsea back with new Moses bid

Chelsea are ready to make an improved bid of £6.5million plus add ons for Wigan forward Victor Moses.
Latics have already rejected three bids from the European Champions for Moses, who has just 12 months remaining on his contract and is so far refusing to sign a new one.
The highest offer to go in so far is believed to be £5million, while Chelsea have also tried offering fringe players on loan in the hope that could swing the deal, however Latics have so far resisted.
Wigan chairman Dave Whelan wants £10million for the 21-year-old in a straight cash deal but it remains to be seen if Chelsea will go that high even if they do rate him highly.
It is thought the offer of £6.5million with add ons that will take it closer to Wigan's valuation, will be the last and Roberto Di Matteo will switch to other targets if he is not successful.
Liverpool and QPR are also interested but have yet to launch a bid.
