Flight problem for Latics ace

Wigan midfielder Hendry Thomas is a major doubt for Sunday's trip to Spurs after missing his flight back from South America.

Thomas has been on international duty with Honduras and is now touch and go for the clash at White Hart Lane.

Left-back Erik Edman is set to continue in the absence of Maynor Figueroa who is still sidelined with a knee ligament problem.

Edman spent a year at White Hart Lane earlier in his career, making 31 appearances and scoring one goal.
