New suitors for Koumas

Newcastle United are believed to have entered the race to sign Wales international Jason Koumas on loan from Wigan.
The midfielder has been told by the Latics that he can leave and his former club West Bromwich Albion have already expressed an interest in bringing him back to the Hawthorns.
Wigan boss Roberto Martinez has confirmed enquiries have been made by two teams for Koumas' services but he hasn't let slip the identity of the interested parties.
Koumas would team up again with his former Latics team-mates Ryan Taylor and Fitz Hall at St. James' Park and Chris Hughton is keen to beat their promotion rivals in the race for the 30-year-old's signature.
