Wigan are among the clubs keen on landing Blackpool winger Matt Phillips, who looks set to head to the Premier League.
The Seasiders have done well to fight off interest in the talented winger but following their failure to win promotion back to the top flight last season it is thought he will be on the move this summer. Blackpool boss Ian Holloway will no doubt do all he can to keep hold of the player but with clubs queuing up for his signature, he could be fight a losing battle. Latics boss Roberto Martinez is weighing up his options as doubts surround the future of Victor Moses and Phillips is said to be a target along with Bolton's Chung Yong Lee. Wigan will face strong competition to land the 21-year-old though as Everton, Aston Villa, Sunderland and Reading are all reported to be weighing up bids. Meanwhile, Real Mallorca's Ivan Ramis and Aberdeen wonderkid Fraser Fyvie are also known targets as Martinez steps up his search for new talent.
