Striker linked with Lane move

Wigan striker Amr Zaki has emerged as a surprise January transfer target for Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp.
Zaki has taken the Premiership by storm this season after scoring eight goals and is already starting to attract plenty of interest with Liverpool known to be very keen.
Redknapp also needs to strengthen his strike force in January and has already been linked with a number of players since taking over at White Hart Lane. But it would appear that Zaki, who is only on loan at Wigan from Egyptian outfit El Zamalek, is near the top of wanted list.
Zaki is in no hurry to pledge his future to the Latics and is said to be looking for a move to one of the Premier League's big guns when his loan spell runs out.
