Terry Connor is certain to be without Wayne Hennessey for the clash with Manchester City after he damaged knee ligaments at Sunderland.
The keeper could be out for as long as nine months, although he may be back in six, either way he is out for the remainder of the campaign, Dorus De Vries is likely to step in for his debut. Left-back Stephen Ward has been ill during the week and will be checked to see if he is fit enough to play but winger Stephen Hunt is not expected to be available until the Swansea game in two weeks, Michael Kightly should be fit. Youngsters like David Davis and Anthony Forde could play important roles for the club in the future and the pair played a part last week at Sunderland so could be involved again against Manchester City. Wolves will be relegated if they lose and other results go against them this weekend.
