Wolves midfielder Dave Edwards believes Terry Connor is the right man to be the full time manager at Wolves despite his poor run.

Mick McCarthy's former assistant was handed the manager's role in February, until the summer, but he has failed to win a match whilst in charge and Wolves were relegated last week.
Edwards, is the latest player to offer Connor his full support, claims the players are the ones to blame as they have all let the boss down.
Asked if he believes Connor should stay in charge next season, Edwards told Sky: "Yes. I definitely think he has made the transition from coach to manager. He is very thorough in his work. His preparation is great and the way he takes training too.
"It's just the results and we all feel responsible for that and as a team we need to show the kind of character we displayed here if we are to bounce back. We are prepared to give everything, every week. We will never throw in the towel."
