Mouyokolo eyes first team return

Wolves' summer signing Steven Mouyokolo believes he will be back to full fitness in three weeks after his recent ankle injury.

Despite the £2.5million centre-half being set to make his debut in either the friendly against Leeds on Saturday or against Hearts the following Tuesday Mouyokolo still believes it will take him a while to get back to his best.
If Mouyokolo's assessment is right that would rule him out of the first game of the season against Stoke.
The former Hull player says it will take him some time to get fit but says once he is ready to go he will be challenging Jody Craddock and Christophe Berra for a regular starting spot.
"I've got just over two weeks to get myself ready," the France-born stopper told the Express & Star.
"I was back in training on Monday, and, after being out for three weeks, I was very happy. I don't feel any pain in my ankle anymore. But it will take as long as it takes to get back to full fitness - whether that's one, two or three weeks.
"I'm ready to play in any games if the gaffer wants me to. I need to get some minutes to build my fitness up. Training is good but you need to play games as well.
"It's very important to know my team-mates on the pitch. When you're on the sidelines, you can't help, and, although you're part of the squad, you're passive."
