Moxey impressed by Solbakken

Wolves chief executive Jez Moxey has hailed the new boss Stale Solbakken after he held meetings with the playing staff at Molinuex.

The Norwegian was at the club to hold discussions with the playing staff and coaches and spell out his plans for pre season, his arrival is likely to see the club go down the continental route of having a Football director at the club who will oversea all the additions to the squad. Moxy was impressed with what the Norwegian had to say and he is looking forward to working with the new boss. "It was a very positive meeting," Moxey told the Express and Star. "We ran through all of the issues effecting the club and Stale met with the football staff. "The work that we're doing now is simply preparing for the weeks ahead and to help Stale get assimilated into the club. "It was a very useful day but it was just routine club business. He is a very impressive guy - that's why we appointed him."
