Saints eye Wolves star

Newly promoted Southampton are said to be ready to make a move for Wolves winger Matt Jarvis and are ready to make a £4m offer.

Wolves boss Terry Connor has said all along that he wants to keep his star players at the club and will not let them be cherry picked by rival sides, but that is easier said than done when you have been relegated. Southampton boss Nigel Adkins is already making plans for his newly promoted side and, according to reports, wants to bring in Jarvis, who played his way into the England set up against Ghana back in March last year.
