Wycombe will travel to Portsmouth in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy Southern Section West second round.
Pompey, competing in the competition for the first-ever time, narrowly beat local rivals Bournemouth on penalties while Wanderers received a welcome first-round bye. The tie is due to be played during the week commencing October 8.
