Yeovil face a trip to neighbours Torquay in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy Southern Section West second round.
The Glovers registered an impressive 3-0 win at Bristol Rovers to secure their spot in Saturday morning's draw while Torquay received a welcome first-round bye.
The tie is due to be played during the week commencing October 8.
