Yeovil manager Gary Johnson believes Huish Park is the perfect setting for young professionals to establish themselves in football.

The Glovers boss, who has guided the Somerset side to safety in npower League One after rejoining the club in January, has recently handed out new contract offers to several of his players in preparation for next season.
And he believes the success that many of them have already had with Yeovil proves it is the right place for them to continue to develop their respective games.
He told the club's official website: "I've managed to talk to some of the boys and given them our offers. They know that we need them to come back with answers now.
"Yeovil is beginning to get a reputation as a club that can offer players the chance for their potential to be brought out and it's equally important that we get value for money on the players that we bring in.
"Next season will see 10 sides who believe they should be in the Championship at least in League One. Success for Yeovil Town will be if we can mix it with those teams and be competitive with them. If we could break into that top 10 and get within reach of those play-offs, that would be a big success for the side. It really would."
