The Wales international insists the return of Wilshere has given the Gunners a huge boost.
However, Ramsey insists his fellow midfielder will need time to get back to his best after a frustrating 17 months on the sidelines with ankle and knee issues.
Ramsey, who himself has endured a lengthy lay-off with a serious leg break, is wary of putting too much pressure on Wilshere and has urged the Gunners fans to remain patient with the England international.
Wilshere scored his first goal since his return in the midweek win over French side Montpellier in the Champions League, but Ramsey insists he still needs time before he is back to his best.
"Jack scored a great goal against Montpellier but he still needs time," Ramsey told The Sun.
"It will take him a while to get his match fitness back along with his full sharpness. People have to be patient with him. Of course, he's shown already what he is capable of and I am sure he will be back to his very best soon.
"He puts in a lot of hours trying to get in the best shape and hopefully he can get the rewards for his hard work. I thought he came through everything well and hopefully he can now stay injury-free."
