Agbonlahor missed the 2-1 home win over West Ham through illness while N'Zogbia limped out of the match with a thigh problem.
But the duo have declared themselves fit after the fortnight's break from action as Paul Lambert's men look to pile more misery on Arsene Wenger and his struggling Gunners side this weekend.
Agbonlahor, who could play in an exciting front three alongside Christian Benteke and Andreas Weimann, confirmed: "I'm fine now and I'm fit (for Saturday)."
N'Zogbia has been in fine form since returning to the side after a lengthy lay-off with a knee problem.
The former Newcastle and Wigan wideman said: "I got a kick at the end of the West Ham game on the calf and it was really sore.
"But it's fine now. I'll be okay."
