Blackburn forced to make several changes for FA Cup clash with Manchester United

Blackburn are without a string of first-teamers for Sunday's FA Cup fifth round clash against Manchester United.

Hope Akpan (misconduct) and Elliott Bennett (offensive language) are both suspended after receiving bans following the 2-1 defeat by Sheffield Wednesday.

Lucas Joao is cup-tied, Tommy Hoban and Corry Evans are not yet ready for duty and Sam Gallagher misses out after receiving 12 stitches for a knee injury suffered at Hillsborough.

Blackburn provisional squad: Steele, Williams, Mulgrew, Lowe, Guthrie, Lenihan, Mahoney, Graham, Raya Martin, Nyambe, Brown, Feeney, Tomlinson, Conway, Emnes, Greer, Travis, Stokes.
