Ricketts exits Bolton

Bolton defender Sam Ricketts has left the club after his contract was terminated by mutual consent.

The 31-year-old Wales international was a regular starter for Wanderers last season, making 35 appearances.
Ricketts started his career at Oxford and after brief spells at Telford and Swansea joined Hull in a £300,000 deal in 2006.
He made over 130 appearances for Hull before joining Bolton for an undisclosed fee in the summer of 2009.
It has been reported that Wolves new manager Kenny Jackett is keen to sign Ricketts, who made a total of 114 appearances for Bolton.
