Brighton are putting the finishing touches to the preparations for their first-ever Premier League opener this weekend and they have been handed one of the toughest matches of the campaign.
The Seagulls will go up against the Citizens, who have added Benjamin Mendy, Kyle Walker, Bernardo Silva, Ederson, Danilo and Douglas Luiz to their ranks this summer.
Chris Hughton's men face a difficult challenge to get anything from the title favourites but Bruno, who made 42 Championship appearances last term, is hoping the visitors arrive into a hostile atmosphere.
"They have top players, but it is just 11 v 11 on the pitch and we need them to be uncomfortable," he told the club's website. "If they want to get something here, then they have to show their quality. If not, then we're going to be ready to get the three points.
"We know it's going to be a special day because it's the first Premier League game at the Amex, and the first Premier League game for the club. But it's not a party for us and we need to win."
