Propper sat out the Netherlands' friendly with Scotland at Pittodrie on Thursday because of an ankle issue.
But the problem is only thought to be minor and Seagulls medics are confident Propper will be fit for Premier League action on his return.
The former PSV Eindhoven player was ruled out of Thursday's match after training on Wednesday night.
He remained with the Dutch squad with a view to playing against Romania next week.
Albion are understood to be being kept up to date with their player's fitness by the Dutch medical staff and are reportedly delighted with the way Propper’s situation is being managed.
