The duo have been struggling with problems over pre-season but they have returned to training and Ancelotti has confirmed both could play a part in Saturday's Cup clash.
"Arjen Robben and David Alaba are fit. They won't start, but I could bring them on from the bench," the Italian said in Friday's press conference.
However, Bayern will be without first-team regulars Manuel Neuer, Jerome Boateng, Javi Martinez, James Rodriguez, Thiago and Juan Bernat for the clash against the third-tier side as they all continue to recover from injury problems.
All are expected back early in the new campaign with Neuer, in particular, very much in contention to be ready to face Bayer Leverkusen when the Bundesliga begins next Friday evening.
"They're all pursuing individual training programmes. I hope they'll be back as soon as possible," Ancelotti added before going into detail about Neuer's injury situation.
He said of the keeper: "It's all going according to plan. He's already back working with [goalkeeping coach] Toni Tapalovic and we'll see if there's a reaction over the next few days. We'll take a decision after that."
