Frankfurt close in on Dost transfer deal
Eintracht Frankfurt are on the verge of securing a deal for Sporting Lisbon's Dutch striker Bas Dost.
The 30-year-old had spells in his homeland with Emmen, Heracles and Heerenveen, before moving to Germany with Wolfsburg in 2012.
Dost scored 48 goals in 117 appearances for the Bundesliga outfit in all competitions ahead of a switch to Portugal in 2016.
He scored 93 goals for Sporting in just 123 outings, but is now on the verge of a switch back to Germany with Frankfurt, who view Dost as the ideal replacement for Sebastian Haller after he joined West Ham earlier in the summer transfer window.
