Weinzierl aware of Schalke pressure

Coach Markus Weinzierl admits pressure is mounting on Schalke after Wednesday's 3-1 loss to Cologne left them pointless this season.
Die Konigsblauen finished fifth last term under Andre Breitenreiter but it has been a story of woe in the first four games of the current campaign, with four consecutive defeats.
They lost to Eintracht Frankfurt, Bayern Munich and Hertha Berlin without scoring a goal and Klaas-Jan Huntelaar's 36th-minute opener is their sole strike of the season to date.
It was in vain, however, as Yuya Osako equalised two minutes later before Anthony Modeste and Simon Zoller ensured the points went back to the RheinEnergieStadion.
This is only the second time in the club's history they have failed to register a point after four games and a bemused Weinzierl knows that his men are feeling it.
"I did not expect to start with four defeats," he said. "We have lost a match we should not have lost. You could see today that the team is under pressure."
