Wolves have been boosted by captain Danny Batth's decision to sign a new four-year contract at Molineux.
The 26-year-old defender, who has made 237 career appearances, including 147 league starts for Wolves, having spent time on loan with Colchester United, Sheffield United and Sheffield Wednesday, is the first of the existing playing staff to agree fresh terms since new Chinese owners, Shanghai-based Fosun International, took over.
"Wolves are a club I've been on a great journey with so far," he said on the club's website.
"But it's not just about getting there, it's about staying there."
Batth added: "I've been with Wolves right from the age of 10 years old, all the way through the age groups now to being captain. That's something I'm very proud of."
