The 26-year-old has been the subject of interest from Baggies boss Alan Pardew and reports this week suggested he’d made an offer in the region of £12million for the midfielder.
However, Cairney appears happy at Craven Cottage and has no desire to seek a switch away.
He told FulhamFCTV: “I had it last summer (transfer speculation). I signed a contract extension in the summer and I can’t do much more than that to commit my future to the club.
“I’m happy here, I love it here, and I want to stay here.”
Cairney is still on Pardew’s radar, though, and it remains to be seen if he will try and lure him to the Hawthorns before the transfer window shuts at the end of the month.
Newcastle tried to sign Cairney in the summer but had an offer rejected by Fulham and the Magpies also continue to be linked with him.
