The Molineux manager had already drafted in Kaspars Gorkss last week but has improved his options further with the arrival of Robinson, who has made six appearances for the Reds this term.
A move to Molineux will provide the player with valuable experience and Saunders is delighted to have secured the deal.
"We've more or less agreed a deal with Liverpool," Saunders told Wanderers' official website.
"I've spoken to Brendan Rodgers and we're looking to get Jack in for the rest of the season.
"He's a fresh face for us and is a good young player who is going to get even better as he gets older."
