The playmaker is nursing one or two knocks following the 3-3 draw against Mexico on Friday and did not train with the rest of his team-mates on Sunday.
Belgium boss Roberto Martinez says the injuries are nothing serious, but Chelsea will be hoping no risks are taken when Belgium take on Japan in a friendly clash today.
"Hazard did not train on Sunday but there is nothing serious," Martinez told reporters ahead of the Japan game.
"He was hit on Friday, but there is nothing to be worried about, we are going to assess the situation tomorrow, the reasoning is the same for Romelu Lukaku and the other players who played more than 45 minutes on Friday.”
Chelsea have a big game at West Brom on Saturday and Blues boss Antonio Conte will be keeping his fingers crossed Hazard returns in one piece.
