The hard work starts now - Sheridan

Manager John Sheridan hopes Chesterfield's long-awaited league victory at Colchester will be a turning point for his side.

However, the Spireites boss is refusing to get carried away after the win in Essex on Saturday ended a 17-game run without a triumph in npower League One.
"The monkey is off our back but we are still bottom of the league and we still have a lot of work to do to turn it around," said Sheridan.
"We've won our last two games (after beating Oldham in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy) and we have to take our improving form into the next game.
"We have to win games and this might be a turning point but we won't get carried away because, like I said, we still have a lot of hard work to do to get ourselves out of trouble."
