Chelsea v Norwich City

FA Cup

Chelsea will look to maintain their push for trophies on four fronts, when they face Norwich in their FA Cup third-round replay.

As the Blues’ fixture list is piling up, with Antonio Conte’s men still in the League Cup and Champions League, the manager is expected to ring the changes once again as he looks to keep his squad fresh.

One player who won’t feature is Cesc Fabregas, with the midfielder sidelined by a slight hamstring strain. England defender Gary Cahill is doubtful after limping off with a hamstring strain in the draw with Leicester on Saturday.

With Ross Barkley not registered in time to play in the first match, it means the new signing can’t feature in the replay, but Pedro could start having been named among the substitutes at the weekend.

Norwich boss Daniel Farke is also likely to make changes from the side that won at Bristol City on Saturday. The Canaries are expected to be without German midfielder Tom Trybull, due to a knee injury, but Tottenham loanee Marcus Edwards is available.

Both teams are unbeaten in their last five games but Chelsea have drawn their last three fixtures 0-0. Norwich have collected two wins and a draw in their last three away games, although they have not won in any of their last seven visits to Stamford Bridge.
