Jimmy happy with strike force
Fulham midfielder Jimmy Bullard has been encouraged by the early signs from the strike partnership of Andy Johnson and Bobby Zamora.
Roy Hodgson drafted Johnson and Zamora in from Everton and West Ham respectively over the summer, but the boss was forced to wait for Johnson to return to full fitness before unleashing the duo.
Bullard also claims strength in depth is vital if the Cottagers are to enjoy a decent season.
"It's early days for Andy," Bullard told the club's website. "He needs time to bed in and get some fitness.
"In the games he has played he's started well. Andy and Bobby look very handy together. We've also got Erik [Nevland] and Seol [Ki-Hyeon] so we've got some good strikers at the club."
